Jack is Cooking Banana Flambé

this morning i decided to make banana flambé for breakfast. its pretty fun setting things on fire, and bananas are delicious, so these two things naturally go together!

this might be one of those don’t try at home things, but i dunno whatever. if you think u can do it go for it. hahaha

what you need:
powdered sugar
vanilla extract
lemon juice

This is the First video of the New season of Jack is Cooking.
i decided to make something really easy and quick, yet extremely delicious and seems gourmet!

so here is my recipe for Mussels. it is very easy, and very inexpensive!

here is what you will need

(this recipe is for one person. for two double the recipe, for three triple, etc.)

mussels (1 lb per person)
butter (4 tblspoons)
2 shallots
3 cloves garlic
lemon juice
1/2 to 1 cup of dry white wine

Jack is Cooking Shrimp, Swordfish, and Tuna

here’s what you’ll need

1/3 cup olive oil
the juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup white wine
salt pepper

1-1&1/2 lb shrimp
swordfish steak
tuna steak

a bbq or grill
