Well Hello Internet!

I am Jack, and this is my blog where i cook and write about the things that i have cooked!  If you have been following jackiscooking since the beginning, you will remember that it all started on youtube with short video’s that i made while i was actually cooking!  These days the blog is written with photos, but every now and then i may still post a video.
